- Changes to the itinerary must be requested at least 48 hours before the tour date.
- Customizations are subject to availability and may include additional costs.
- Pick-up and drop-off are included within designated areas. Additional fees may apply for other locations.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the activities included.
- Notify us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date: Full refund minus administrative fees (5%).
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date: No refund.
- In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour. Guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Changes to the itinerary must be requested at least 48 hours before the tour date.
- Customizations are subject to availability and may include additional costs.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows on the tour date.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation.
